INNOFAB
Development of intelligent workstations and advanced measuring equipment. This project will enable the widespread use of digital tools to help operators in their daily tasks, and their training via a virtual assistant. (Aerospace Factory of the Future Platform CORAC)
REGE
Substitution of the silica sand traditionally used in sand casting by an artificial medium with the aim of drastically reducing consumption of raw materials and mold waste, and eliminating the HSE risks inherent in the light-alloy foundry process to improve working conditions for employees.
ADDimafil
Development of a robotized Metal Additive Manufacturing solution for large parts, using a laser fusion process for wire deposition. This project will also enable us to combine materials, add functions to existing parts, and extend the life cycle of a part by repairing complex areas and expensive materials.
LUCID
Development of a tool for automatic recognition of “characteristic points” on complex parts, with associated generation of machining routines thanks to new “big data” technologies. This project enables NEXTEAM to offer very short response times to its customers’ calls for tender and to industrialize their products, particularly for complex, high-precision parts.
Transfron3D
Characterization and comparison of different additive manufacturing processes for high-performance alloys, in order to integrate them into our global solutions. This project is also helping to develop a cross-border network of Franco-Spanish industrial partners (European POCTEFA project).
AMANDE
Study of the impact of the direct manufacturing process of magnesium alloy parts on their service life. It offers users a service to help them design their products using global solutions. (Plateforme Usine Aéronautique du Futur CORAC)
