Terms and conditions of use
The information collected on all the forms you have filled in for NEXTEAM or one of its subsidiaries is recorded in a computerized file by NEXTEAM and its subsidiaries in order to comply with their legal obligations and to be able to proceed with potential recruitment. The data collected will be communicated only to the following recipients: your company’s HR department, the accounting department, the manager of the department for which you are applying, mandatory public authorities and, where applicable, to our personal data processors.
If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be destroyed or stored for a maximum of three (3) years on a secure server accessible only to members of the human resources department. If your application is successful, your data will be kept for the duration of your presence in the company and for five (5) years after the date of your departure from NEXTEAM, unless there is a longer legal obligation.
NEXTEAM takes all necessary steps to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent damage, deletion or access by unauthorized third parties. You may access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit its processing. You also have the right to object to the processing of data that you are not obliged to provide. You can also exercise your right to data portability. By submitting your application, you certify that you have received the information relating to the processing of my personal data by NEXTEAM and you consent to the use of my surnames, first names, functions and photos for internal NEXTEAM communication purposes (company newsletter, website, posters or, where applicable, NEXTEAM social networks) and for external communication purposes (media).
